chargeback policy

every item from crowned creative co. is handmade with love, time, and care. if you ever have an issue with your order, i’m always happy to help- just reach out. what’s not okay is filing a chargeback without contacting me first.

if a chargeback is submitted, your account will be immediately blocked from ordering until the full balance (including any chargeback fees) is repaid. unpaid chargebacks will be sent to collections- no exceptions.

i fully understand that fraudulent charges can happen. it’s scary, and i take that seriously. but if you notice a charge you don’t recognize, please contact me right away. i will always be willing to refund before fulfilling a custom order. what i can’t afford is being out both the product and the money because of a false dispute.

i know chargebacks can feel like “just a button,” but for small businesses, they’re heartbreaking. we lose the product, the payment, and we get hit with a fee- even when everything was delivered as promised. this is more than a business; it’s my work, my name, and my livelihood.

shipping updates

due to recent USPS rate increases, most orders will now ship via UPS. if you have a PO box…don’t worry-USPS is still available. all international orders and saturday shipments will also go through USPS. if you prefer your order ship USPS for any reason, just contact me after checkout and i’ve got you!

overnight shipping

overnight shipping refers to how fast your order will ship once it’s ready. it does not mean same-day processing. standard turnaround time (TAT) still applies unless a rush order is approved.

rush orders

some items- like t-shirts, title tags, certain hat styles, totes, and more- can be rush ordered! rush orders have a base fee of $20. if i need to buy materials faster (like ordering from amazon instead of my vendor or paying for express shipping), that additional cost will be added to your total. don’t worry… i’ll always let you know the full total before confirming anything. message me before placing your order to see if a rush is possible. rush orders without prior approval will not be guaranteed and may be canceled.

turnaround time

each item is handmade and made to order. TAT is typically 1–2.5 weeks (usually closer to that one week mark!!) and if there’s ever a delay- like a supply shipment or pageant travel- i’ll always post updates.

please plan accordingly! i’m not amazon, and these are custom pieces made just for you. if you message me two days after ordering asking if it’s ready… ily much, but probably not lol.

shipping

once your order leaves my hands, it’s literally out of my hands. shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen mail must be resolved through USPS. that said, i’ll always help you however i can- just message me and we’ll figure it out together.

custom orders

mockups are provided when possible, but all custom orders are considered final once production begins. please double check spelling, colors, and sizing before submitting- i’m not responsible for errors that were submitted incorrectly.

returns + refunds

because everything is custom made, i do not accept returns or cancellations once an item is in production. if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days and i’ll fix it!

order changes

once your order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. if you need to update sizing, colors, or design details, message me asap — but once production begins, it’s locked in.

discount codes

discounts must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. ambassador codes are tracked and only valid for personal use unless otherwise approved.

crowned creative co. reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time in order to best protect and serve this business. any updates will always be made with transparency and your trust in mind.
